Before arranging a viewing, please fill out our application form. This helps us get to know you better and ensures that we can find the best fit for our community. You don’t need to submit any documents immediately—we’ll guide you through that step later.

Schedule a Viewing or Request a Video

Once your application is submitted, we’ll contact you to arrange a viewing of the property. If you’re unable to visit in person, no worries! We can send you a video walkthrough of the space.

Review and Submit Documents

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll ask you to provide the necessary documents for background screening. Rest assured, we handle all personal information with care and strictly adhere to the POPI Act of South Africa, using your details for rental application processing purposes only.

Secure Your Spot

After completing the screening process, it’s time to secure your room!  You'll receive the lease agreement, as signed by the landlord, to review and ask questions you may have. A deposit equal to two months’ rent is required for all rooms, and we’re happy to discuss payment arrangements if needed.
